Though not as infamous as many moves, owing to its age and lack of damage, Telekinesis is nevertheless a rather nifty addition to the fifth generation of the Pokemon games. It allows your pokemon to levitate the enemy pokemon, essentially giving it flying-type status without conferring the type; at the same time, however, it also renders the enemy utterly vulnerable to all attacks, regardless of their evasion stat. This is an excellent way to beat up those annoying pokemon who like Minimize, Sand Attack, Double Team and other such moves. So how do you get it?
Telekinesis isn't available for pickup until after you've beaten the Elite Four and the Pokemon League champion. Do that and you'll open up a great deal more of Unova for exploration, including Route 18, just west of Routes 17, 1, and Nuvema Town. You'll need Surf to access these routes. Travel west from Route 1 until you reach the centre of Route 18, a house atop a series of cliffs.
From here, continue west and down to the beach. You'll see a stretch of grass on a small rise, at the north of which is an item ball. Grab the item ball for Telekinesis.

How to find TM02, Dragon Claw, in Pokemon Black and White 2
Dragon Claw is an awesome move for taking out dragon-type pokemon because it's one of the few moves in that family which is readily available to a lot of different pokemon types. Don't be surprised if a bruiser of a completely different type tears apart your pokemon with a surprise Dragon Claw. This makes it a great boon to any team, dragon-typed or not - so where's the TM?
Dragon Claw as a TM isn't available until after you beat the game a single time. This means travelling to the Pokemon League and beating the Elite Four and the champion at least once. After doing so, you'll open up a lot of new territory, including the path to Icirrus Town in the west of Unova. Head there once it's open and you'll find another new location: Dragonspiral Tower, a place that's rife with dragon-type pokemon.
Enter the tower and climb. After the first floor you'll stop running into pokemon, so you'll have little trouble wandering the rest of the way up. Once you get to the fifth level you'll find Dragon Claw on the floor. Snag it and you can leave...
... or can you? It's not advisable to enter Dragonspiral Tower unless you have encountered N on Victory Road. Follow the Zoroark that appears when you ascend from the Pokemon League into the mountainside. It will eventually lead you to N's old castle, where you can fight his legendary-type pokemon, depending on which version of the game you own. When you beat said pokemon you'll receive a special stone which can be converted back into the pokemon you fought at the top of Dragonspiral Tower. Do that first to economize your time.

How to Find TM29, Psychic, in Pokemon Black and White 2
Psychic was, is, and always will be one of the best moves in the Pokemon games. It was infamous for wiping the floor with the Elite Four in the original game, and though psychic-type pokemon have since been downgraded in overall strength Psychic is still an excellent move. This article will help you find Psychic in Pokemon Black and White 2.
Psychic's much easier to find than most of the TMs containing Pokemon Black and White 2's best moves, but it's also very easy to miss if you don't like to explore. Before you can find it, you'll have to proceed far enough in the game to reach Undella Town, the seaside resort near Undella Bay. Once you've done that much, head north out of town towards Route 13. You'll hit a path along the beach.
Proceed along the beach until you see a blue-haired man searching the sand for items. Head a little bit further north from him, then Surf out into the water to the east, staying north of a small island covered in grass. You'll soon spot a path of light blue water occupied by a fisherman and an item. The item is TM29.

How to Find TM30, Shadow Ball, in Pokemon Black and White 2
Shadow Ball is the bane of any pokemon that uses its mind to attack opponents. One of the most effective ghost-type moves around, it's a great way to trounce no less than two of the Elite Four in Pokemon Black and White 2. Problem is, it's tricky to find unless you literally think outside the box.
Before you can get Shadow Ball, you need to gain access to Lentimas Town, found after you defeat fifth gym leaderSkyla. When you do she'll shepherd you across Unova in her personal plane, to Lentimas Town, just west of Reversal Mountain. Leave town to the east to find the short route leading up to the mountain. Going north takes you to the interior of the mountain... but going south and east, through a big patch of grass, takes you to the Strange House.
The Strange House is aptly named, as it's filled with ghostly apparitions and furniture that moves on its own. This is a fitting place for Shadow Ball, but the TM isn't actually in the house itself. Once you climb the small flight of stairs, go immediately left and around the fence. Follow the edge of the property to the north and try to go behind the Strange House. You'll be stopped by an unseen object. Pick it up to get Shadow Ball.

How to find Tm06, Toxic, in Pokemon Black and White 2
Toxic is an understated move among amateurs, and a deadly weapon in the hands of a pro. Causing gradually-worsening pain from serious poisoning, Toxic is usually used in conjunction with moves that raise the attack's evasion. Defenders may succumb to their wounds before ever getting a shot off. This is no less true in Pokemon Black and White 2 than it was in any of the previous games... though first you have to find Toxic.
Snagging Toxic is not as straightforward as it may sound at first. It's located on the first floor of the Seaside Cave, just north of Undella Bay (though you'll have to loop around to Route 21 before you can get in). The first floor is not completely accessible when you first enter, and you'll have to descend into the cave to reach the rest. Make sure you have Strength on hand to get through the basement.
Once you've made your way through the underbelly of the cave and returned to the first floor, check the northern section of the cave, past the exit in the eastern wall. You'll find an item tucked away in a corner. This is TM06. Grab it and leave.

How to find TM24, Thunderbolt, in Pokemon Black and White 2
Thunderbolt is, arguably, the most reliable and effective electric-type move in any of the Pokemon games. It should be no surprise that most trainers looking to exploit the weaknesses of water- and flying-type pokemon would want to have one fighter with Thunderbolt. How's it found, however?
Unlike other Pokemon games, where Thunderbolt shows up a bit earlier on, Thunderbolt is a fairly late arrival to your TM collection. You'll have to wait until you've collected all eight gym badges from the Unova gym leaders, as well as made your way through the vast majority of Victory Road, before you can snag the TM. Once you reach a final chamber on the road containing blockades and rubble, heal up your pokemon...
... because your rival is about to show up. He'll approach you as you cross to leave the room and challenge you to a battle. He's no more difficult than any previous battles, as he only has four pokemon which aren't much stronger than what you'll have at that point, but it's still wise to prepare for the worst. Once you best his team, he'll hand over the TM and let you proceed to the Pokemon League.

How to Find TM26, Earthquake, in Pokemon Black and White 2
Earthquake is one of the most straightforward, yet versatile, moves in any Pokemon game. It offers a base attack of 100, perfect accuracy without stat changes, and an unprecedented 10 shots apiece. Not only that, it's also effective against a huge range of pokemon, and is good against those who aren't even vulnerable to ground-type attacks. So how do you teach this fantastic move to your team in Pokemon Black and White?
Though it would undoubtedly be very handy in your first foray against the Elite Four, TM26 is, unfortunately, unavailable until you beat the game at least once. Doing this will open up new areas throughout Unova, one of which is Route 15. You can access Route 15 by travelling to either the Marvelous Bridge and crossing east or from White Forest / Black City and going west. The route is relatively short.
Once there, go down into the grassy section of the route and travel to the southeastern corner. You'll see a break in the grass, as well as a hole for a block and an item on the other side of the hole. Push the nearby block into the hole with Strength and run across to grab the item. This is TM26.

How to Find TM13, Ice Beam, in Pokemon Black and White 2
Ice Beam is easily one of the most useful and popular moves in any Pokemon game, and given the nature of the champion in Pokemon Black and White 2, you'd be wise to track TM13 down and equip Ice Beam on one of your pokemon. But where is that elusive TM?
Like Pokemon Black and White, it's found in the final portions of the game, near the Giant Chasm. Unlike Pokemon Black and White, however, it's in the large, roundabout cave just before you enter the Chasm itself - and it's available before you take on the Elite Four for the first time, not after. You'd do well to pick it up long before you even reach Victory Road.
Getting TM13 is relatively easy once you enter the cave from the east. Look slightly west and you'll see a stretch of water running from north to south. At the north end is an item. This is TM13. Head south from here and push the first large rock you see into place with Strength. This will allow you to run up to the water, Surf to the north, and grab Ice Beam.
